Running MODO/MTGO on OSX. Okay, here’s the tricky one: Procure a copy of VMWare Fusion – it’s special software that allows you to run a virtual copy of Windows from inside your Mac. A lot of other solutions will have you install Boot Camp or Parallels. Both of these solutions will work too, but they’re harder to maintain. I personally use bootcamp. I was using Virtualbox for a while, but I ran into just enough errors that I decided to switch over to bootcamp. Another solution that others haven't mentioned: if you happen to have a windows desktop lying around, you can set up chrome Remote Desktop and play through that. It's a little jank, but it's a decent workaround if you already have a windows computer somewhere (even if it's pretty old it can usually still handle MTGO ok) and you don't have enough space left on your hard drive for a virtual computer or bootcamp.
